Dear Sandra,
I want everyone who views your sight to know what an extraordinarily kind person you are. You gave me faith in human-kind when things were pretty tough. I am sure having such dear children as Steffi and Charlotte will make you a perfect mother as well.
Best Wishes,
Linda

I don't know whether the RLPO forwarded the ecard we sent to you. Clark Rundell has given us a progress report and now I have located the photos of the girls too. They look wonderful and blossoming - we all at Connaught wish you great happiness as the 'instant' family.

Can't believe I haven't signed this already.
I attended the Summerschool in 2000. Then, I had some fundamental embourchure and technical problems. Now I am training with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. The course speaks for itself- START SAVING.

Hi guys,
Can anyone point me in the direction of a DECENT recording of the Horovitz sonatina? I have a recording by a well known clarinettist, but it's crap!(Is there any chance of you recording it, Andy?!)

It's a great site with lots of really useful info! Speaking from experience, the Summer School is great, and it's lots of fun! You gain experience by listening to what Professionals have to say about your playing, and you learn by listening to other students. You will come away with new ideas and perspectives on playing - I guarantee it!

Hi, nice site, thanks for all the info!
Oh, I have been told to plug the Summer School to everyone reading this, I went last year and it was great fun but we all learnt heaps too, and I was inspired to practise loads so come along this year!
P.S. Andy is my clarinet teacher (he is fab, we worship him!) and no, he didn't pay me to write that!!

This is a really useful site! Nice one Andy!! found the link to the Kooiman thumbrests particularly useful since I suffer from/have been suffering from occasional severe problems with both thumbs (Ive been suffering from 'suspected' rheumatoid arthritis for some time) Having read about the thumbrests, I would definitely consider getting one. Can I also take this opportunity to suggest the following link: www.ocr.sneezy.org This is another useful clarinet site.I also intend to go on the course this year!!
